Qualitas Centre is responsible with the management of quality assurance at Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB), from the evaluation to the improvement of academic activities. Its goal is the cultivation of quality culture, which reflects UBB’s characteristic multicultural paradigm. The Centre carries out institutional surveys, studies and analyses, produces reports and develops data collection and recording tools, which serve as the basis for proposals aimed at increasing UBB’s performance and competitiveness and ensuring an inclusive and equitable environment. The Centre also collects and reports the data necessary for UBB’s participation in national and international ranking systems. Access to and use of the collected data for academic purposes is supervised by the Scientific Board of the Centre.
